Refund Policy – 911 Interview Coaching LLC

At 911 Interview Coaching LLC, we provide immediate-access digital products and capacity-based coaching services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are final.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Digital products (online courses, video modules, downloadable materials)
- One-on-one virtual coaching sessions
- Mock interview coaching packages
Once a purchase is completed, it is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
Mock Interview Scheduling & Credit
Mock interview packages are non-refundable. However:
- Unused mock interviews may be rescheduled as needed
- Unused sessions may be held as account credit for up to 12 months from the original purchase date
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
This policy exists because mock interview purchases reserve limited coaching capacity and calendar availability.
Immediate Access to Digital Products
Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon successful payment. As such, digital purchases are deemed delivered at the time of sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
