Refund Policy – 911 Interview Coaching LLC

At 911 Interview Coaching LLC, we provide immediate-access digital products and capacity-based coaching services. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are final.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Digital products (online courses, video modules, downloadable materials)
- One-on-one virtual coaching sessions
- Mock interview coaching packages
Once a purchase is completed, it is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
Mock Interview and Coaching Session Scheduling
Mock interview and coaching session packages are non-refundable. However:
- Unused sessions may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours notice
- Unused sessions may be held as account credit for up to 12 months from the original purchase date
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed, are governed by the Scheduling, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions section of our Terms and Conditions.
This policy exists because these purchases reserve limited coaching capacity and calendar availability.
Immediate Access to Digital Products
Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon successful payment. As such, digital purchases are deemed delivered at the time of sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
